PORT OF NAPIER DEPARTURES. December 29—Columbia, fore-and-aft schooner, for Auckland. 29—-Sir Donald, s.s., for Waikare and Mahia. . »—_ The fore-and-aft schooner Columbia, Capt. G. Conway, sailed for Auckland last evening in ballast. The steamer Sir Donnld, Capt. J. Qninlan, got away last night for Waikare and Mahia, takimr stores, See. The 3.5. Wairoa, Capt. H. Anderson, is to steam for Wairoa at 12 o'clock to-night, carrying cargo and passengers. The steamer Kiwi, Capt. Jas. Campbell, left; Wellington for the er.n-i and Napier last night, and is ok peeled f'i arrive here to-morrow morning. A sail was signalled from the south whoa our report left the Spit, which was expected to prove to be the S.S. and A. Company's ship Trevelyan, bound hove from AVellington. The Union Company's steamer Southern Cross leaves AVellington this afternoon for the North, and will be due here to-morrow. The Messrs Shaw, Savill and Albion Company's ship Pleiades, Captain Setfou, cleared at the Customs at 12.15 p.m. today, with a complement of cartro consisting of 4730 bales and 110 quarter-bales of wc.oi, 38 casks, of tallow, 147 cwt. of tinned meats, and some odd packages, made up as follows: — £ a. d.
