COMPLAINTS having been made to the Council of the danger and inconvenience caused to the public by the reckless driving of these machines, NOTICE is hereby given that owners and others who make use of these vehicles must provide themselves with a boll by clay (and a lamp by night) to give warning of their approach, failing which stops will be taken by the Council to prohibit their use within the Borough boundaries.
