May 26. It is now known that Mr Clifford Lloyd, Under-Secretary for Home Affairs in the Egyptian Ministry, who has gone to England on leave of absence owing to illness, will not return to this country. It is stated that Nubar Pasha, the President of the Council, insists that all Europeans should be dismissed from tho positions they now fill in the Ministry of the Interior.
