PROFICIENCY OF A NAVAL BRIGADE.
CiißiSTCirußcn, This day. Yesterday the Lyttelton Naval Brigade were inspected by Captain Bradge, of H. M.S. Espeigle, who said that in the whole of his experience, he had never seen volunteers who could equal them in proficiency. The seamen of the Espeigle aro to be entertained by the Naval Brigade on Wednesday.
