SUPREME COURT COMMISSION.
Dunedin, This day. There Is at present sitting a Supreme Court commission for the purpose of taking evidence in the case of G. M. Bell v. Joseph C. Dark, involving over £111,000. The action has reference to the sale to the New Zealand Agricultural Company of the Wairaea Plains estate.
