Ah Young was charged at the R.M. Court yesterday with the murder of Ah Jim and gi-eviously wounding Ah AVi. The prisoner became so violent that his legs had to bo tied; he Avas already handcuffed. The prisoner ivas committed for trial on both charges. Ah AA r i had nine cuts on his head —some of them injuring his skull -and two on his hand and Avrist. The evidence of tho doctor showed that the murdered man had several Avounds, each of ivhich Avas sufficient to cause death.
