At an extraordinary meeting of shareholders in tho Auckland Native Lands Colonisation Company a resolution was passed authorising the directors to conclude negotiations for tho sale of the asserts and business of tho company to the New Zealand Native Land Settlement Company upon such terms as tlie directors could arrange.
