THE SALVATION ARMY.

Last night colors were presented by Mrs Barker to Major Pollard, of the Salvation Army, in the Tuam-strcet hall, which was "crowded, upwards of three thousand persons being present. The proceedings ■were orderly. A man was yesterday fined £2 for throwing flour at the Salvation Army on Saturday. TniAiiu, This day. Informations have been laid by the police against members of the Salvation Army and the "Progressive" (or opposition) Army for obstructing the thoroughfare and acting in a manner calculated to provoke a breach of the peace.
