At the Supreme Court the case of Stranaglian v. the Australian Mercantile Union Insurance Company was begun yesterday. Counsel for the defence said that the case would last the week. The same plaintiff recovered £500 from the Standard Gompuny a few weeks ago, but this has not prevented the present defendants from contesting the action.
