Wellington, This day.

At the Divorce Court rales absolute have been granted in the cases of Mulholand v. Mulholand, and Maynard v. Maynard. The case of Climo v. Climo was hoard. The petition was from the wife, who resided at Carterton, for a dissolution of marriage on the ground of her husband's cruelty, and also for adultery with one Mrs Spargo. His Honor said he was satisfied as to the adultery, but on one or two points of law he reserved his judgment.
