THE MURDER OF DENNIS QUINLAN.—THE MURDERERS CONFESS.
Lyell, This day. John Davidson last night confessed to complicity in the murder of Dennis Qiunlan here on the night of the 28th January last. A Avoman named Alary Gramatica is also in custody on the same chai-ge, and there is great excitement in consequence. The inquest re-opened this morning, Allien the coroner announced an adjournment for half-an-hour, as Alary Gramatica, is making a clean confession to the Inspector of Police, AY'hich is stated to be a little nearer the truth than that of Daiidson.
