The insurance is £100 in London, Liverpool, and Globe office. At a meeting of St. AndreAv's congregation last night the deputies from the Presbytery explained the charges against the Rev. 0. Fraser, and read the evidence taken. Three members of the congregation were appointed to Avait upon Mr Fraser aud ask him to give up tho keys of the church.
