July 6. Herr Bandmann concluded last night a successful season of eight nights, and left for Nelson by the Penguin at noon today. In thanking the public for their support he said he'had been advised not to come to New Plymouth, but he had not had one light night, and he bad put money in his pocket by his visit. He had crowded houses every night.
