German Troops In Helsinki RIBBENTROP’S VISIT (Received June'2B, 7 pan.) . LONDON, June 27. Finland has decided to continue the war and has asked for additional help from the Germans, according to reports from Helsinki, says the British United Press Stockholm correspondent. The German news agency, quoting an official German announcement, said that von Ribbentrop visited Finland and discussed questions of mutual interest, particularly Finland’s request for armed assistance. .1 spirit of comradeship in arms and friendship of the two peoples inspired l the conversations with the President, M. Ryti, and the Foreign Minister, M. Ramsay. Complete agreement was achieved on all points. The Finnish Government officially announced that Germany, as the result of the conference between M. Ryti and von Ribbentrop, promised all the armed help requested for the continuation- of the war against Russia. A report from Stockholm says that German troops are marching through the streets of Helsinki toward Finland s eastern front
