STALAGLUFT SHOOTINGS

(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, June 16. The Air Ministry deeply regrets to announce that information has uow been received from the protecting Power .that three more officers were shot by the Germans in addition to the 47 which were previously reported to have been shot after having escaped from Stalagluft 111 last 'March. They were Flying Offiver J. L. R. Long, of the R.A.F., and Flying Officers S. Krol and I’. Tobolski, of the Polish Air Force.
