NATIONAL CHARTER

Greek Parties Sign Unity Programme GOVERNMENT DECISION (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.-Copyright.) LONDON, May 21. Delegates to the four-day Greek eonference in the Middle East disclosed that the Prime Minister, M. Papandreou, has drawn up a list of Cabinet posts, in which the Communists are included, says the Beirut correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain. The conference accepted King George’s declaration that he would leave the question of his return to Greece till the country was liberated. The conference adopted a national charter, which includes the merging of all the guerrilla forces into a national army, the ending of fratricidal strife in Greece, and also the reorganization and establishment of discipline in the Greek armed forces ip the Middle East. M. Papandreou, in a speech to the conference, suggested that the Allies might contribute a sum equal to one day’s cost of the war to the relief of the Greek population after the country was liberated.

It is officially announced that the delegates unanimously agreed to the formation of a Coalition Government. All the delegates signed the national charter.
