The United States Ambassador to Moscow, Mr. Averill Harriman, has arrived in Washington for an exchange of views with the State Department. No special significance attaches to the visit, and he is expected to return to Moscow shortly. WASHINGTON. May 5. Mr. E. R. Stettinius. Under-Secretary of State, has arrived back from a scries of conferences in London and Africa. He told the Press it was a successful trip.
