SPANISH LEADER ACCUSED
LONDON, May 5. The Soviet Atrocity Commission has named Lieut.-General Muilob Grande, commander of the Spanish Blue Division, as one of those responsible, for the killings and wanton destruction at Novgorod. The German radio recently stated that Grande had been appointed chief of Franco’s personal military staff.
