The Minister of Mines, Mr. Webb, has promised the Grey County Council that it wilt not suffer any loss of revenue as a result of Ihe State, taking over (he Blackball collieries. 'This information was given at last week’s meeting of the council when a report was tabled on the results of a deputation to the Minister while he was in the district.
