JAPANESE BLOCK AID
SYDNEY, October 8. The Japanese Government has refused to agree to any regular shipments of relief goods for prisoners of war, it is reported by Australian Red Cross officials. Japan will not allow neutral or Allied ships carrying relief supplies to sail in Japanese-controlled waters.
