MINISTER GOING TO NEW GUINEA

A visit to New Guinea has (been planned -by the new Minister of External Affairs, Mr. E. J. Ward, who said today that he was anxious to see at -first hand the conditions .prevailing in the. territories and to ascertain the -possibilities for proper rehabilitation of the native population.
