Studio Dance.
Pupils and friends are invited to attend the dance in the Gwenetbe Walshe studio, Willis Street, tonight at 8 o’clock.
Musicale For Nursery Funds. The Wadestown branch of the \Y omen s National Reserve recently held a musical afternoon at the residence of Mrs. C. S. Eastwood in aid of the Residential Nursery. The rooms were attractively decorated with lovely spring flowers. Songs were given by Mesdames Hugh Hill. Walter Duncan and Walter Harris. Elocutionary numbers were rendered by Mrs. Peoples. Mrs. Meyer played the accompaniments. Mrs. Otway president, thanked Mrs. Eastwood for her hospitality and afternoon tea was served by the committee.
A lovely coffee set, will) coffee pot, sugar, cream aud half dozen cups and saucers. They are a lovely shade of green patterned like shagreen wilh gold handles and each piece completely lined with gold. Another very pretty sei is primrose eliina with black and white handles and inside each piece is while with a tiny design of black just inside the lop. An old fashioned set with a covered sugar basin is decorated with a floral design in reds and blues. Kobin and Co. 17 Grey St. —Advt.
A very becoming hat of brown felt is sailor shaped with the edge of the brim turned down slightly al! round. It has a touch of smocking in the front of the crown and a boot lace bow.
