RETURN FROM PACIFIC
Group Of U.S. Warships
SAN I’EDRO. November 13.
The Navy announced that 14 warships with nearly 10.000 officers and men. were returning to the mainland from Hawaii tomorrow for shore leave i>f several weeks while the ships refuelled. after which the contingent would return to mid-Pacilic waters.
This is the third group of warships to arrive for a mainland vacation after “xtemled exercises near Hawaii.
