Arrangements For Close Co-operation (Received November 13, 9.10 p.m.) LONDON, November 12. The Secretary of War, Mr. Eden, in the House of Commons, detailed comprehensive arrangements made for close co-operation among all branches of Hie Army and ILA.F. The machinery being established was far in advance of anything arranged hitherto. This co-opera-tion would become operative on December I.
