£563 Damages Awarded

A jury of 12 in the Supreme Court yesterday awarded Albert Cole, carpenter and joiner, Upper Hutt, £525 general damages and £3B/16/11 special damages against Gordon Riley Norman, builder and contractor, Upper Hutt, for injuries received to his right hand while working in Norman's factory at Upper Hutt in April of last year. .Mr. Justice Ostler entered judgment accordingly, with costs against. Norman to ho assessed by the registrar. Mr. C. Evans-Scott appeared for Cole, and Mr. T. P. Cleary for Norman.
