SUPREME COURT IN DUNEDIN
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, May 7. There were only two cases for hearing at the criminal sessions of the Supreme Court today before Mr. Justice Kennedy, namely, alleged negligent driving and alleged indecent assault on a male, with an alternative charge of attempted indecent assault. In the first case Joseph Lawrence Anderson, charged with having negligently driven a motor-car, thereby causing the death of Amelia Francis McMillan,who was crossing the street with her husband, was found not guilty. The second case was proceeding at the adjournment.
