DUTY OF AMERICANS
Ensuring German Defeat PARIS, May 1. Mr. A. Duff Cooper, in a lecture, said that if Germany defeated the Allies it would be incumbent on America to defend not only Canada from Germany but Australia and New Zealand from Japan. It was the duty of Americans to ensure a German defeat, otherwise the United States would be in a hopeless position.
