OFF SOVIET BASE
Mines In Gulf Of Finland LONDON, April 28. The German radio tonight quoted an Estonian radio station as saying that the Gulf of Finland is a danger zone and must not be entered. A message from Stockholm says that, according to the Tallinn correspondent of .the Swedish newspaper “Aftonbladet,” it is reported in Baltic countries that the Soviet has made a demarche to Berlin concerning the neutrality of Sweden. The Berlin wireless described as “danger zones” two large areas off the Estonian coast, and all German shipping was warned not to enter these areas. The German announcer did not say which country had rendered the two areas dangerous, and the report has aroused considerable speculation in London, as it refers to walers supposed to be a Russian preserve. (Received April 29, 7.5 p.m.) TALLINN, April 28. The Tallinn radio says that the danger zone comprises two large minefields off Ihe Estonian coast.
