WILL FIGHT TILL VICTORIOUS

Norwegian Government Declaration LONDON, April 29. The Norwegian Government has issued a declaration stating that the war with Germany shall last till the usurpers have been hurled out of the country and Norwegians arc free. The declaration thanks the Governments of Britain, France and Poland, and adds that together these Governments are fighting against a tyranny which violates international law and seeks to subdue small nations. Norway trusts, says the declaration, that law and liberty will be victorious in the end. The Government declares that. German bombers have devastated defenceless villages and towns which are not militarily equipped and cannot be regarded as military objectives. Members of tiie Government witnessed Germans firing on -civilians who took no part in the fighting.
