Addington
By Telegraph—Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, March 15. Because of the short entry of ewes, wethers showed an advance in prices at the weekly stock market in Addington, today. The entry of lambs in the store sheep section was smaller than for some time. Values did not show much change on the improved rates ruling a week ago but the market for better sorts was more buoyant. Good rape lambs sold at 10/6 to 12/8, and average sorts at 7/6 to 9/6, cull lines 4/6 to 5/6. The total entry in the store section was about 22,000, the penning- of ewes being the largest for several sales.
