FIVE WEEKS IN BUSH
Youth Located & Charged In Court By Telegraph—Press Association. DUNEDIN. March 11. After eluding a search In dense bush near bis home in Wakari for live weeks, a youth, aged 17, was discovered in a horse-box on the wharf by a constable last night. He was arrested on a charge of being idle and disorderly and having insufficient means of support. In the Magistrates’ Court today he was remanded for six days, to be kept apart from other prisoners. The magistrate. Mr. ,1. It. Bartholomew ordered tilt* suppression l of his name. The fugitive’s clothing was wet and torn, and his physical condition poor, bis diet having beeu mainly turnips.
