WAY TO WORLD PEACE
Political Situation Better HOPES OF ARCHBISHOP (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, January 23. In the Upper House of Convocation of Canterbury, the Archbishop, who presided, referred to the improved international political situation. He said that hope was, permissible that in this better atmosphere of general security the forthcoming visit of the French Ministers to Loudon might prepare the way for a resumption of the general Disarmament Conference.
