Lady Wilford is expected to arrive at Wellington from the south to-day. Miss Enid Craig, Wanganui, is motoring to North Auckland. Mrs. J. A. R. AVilson is a Wellington guest at Gienaalvou, Auckland. Mrs. C. I. Spillane, Wanganui, is a visitor to Wellington.
.Mrs. J. S. Kelly. Christchurch, is spending a few weeks at 'Wellington. Mrs. A. J. Law, Cambridge, is visiting Wellington. \ Miss L. Murray and Miss May Murray, Palmerston North, are guests at the Midland Hotel for race week. Mrs. Tanner, Kelburn. is leaving for a visit to her sister. Mrs. Nichol, Hastings. Mrs. Frank Fryer and Mrs. Norman ■White are Hastings visitors to Wellington for the races. Mr. and Mrs. H. E. M. Fildes, Kelburn, who have been visiting the South Island, have returned to Wellington. .Mr. and Mrs. J. 11. Jefferd, Hastings, are the guests of Mrs. Guy Williams. Heretaunga. Mr. and Mrs. IV. Willis have returned to 'Wanganui from a holiday at Rotorua.
Dr. and Airs. Harpur, Marton, are spending a holiday at Paraparaumu. beach.
Mr. and Mrs. A. Kircher, Wellington, who have been motoring in the north, are now camping at Otaki. Miss Phyllis Turnbull is spending a holiday with relatives at Fendalton, Christchurch.
Miss G. Russell (Napier), and Miss B. McKinnon, Arapawanui, are visiting IVairoa for carnival week.
Mrs. Maurice Louisson. Christchurch, is the guest of Mrs. T. Russell, Wadestown, for race week.
Miss Elizabeth Bauchop, Havelock North, is staying with Miss Harper Allan, Bolton Street. Mr. and Mrs. McKegg, Rarotonga, are staying with Mrs. McKegg’s mother, Mrs. M. H. Pearson, The Terrace.
Mr. and Mrs. Morton-Jones, who have been visiting Mr. and Mrs. Hine, Wanganui, have returned to Wellington.
Mr. and Mrs. Angus Hyslop, Hastings. and Miss Bowler and Mrs. K. Condon, Napier, are staying at the Midland Hotel. The Misses J. and B. Freeman, Christchurch, who have been staying with Mrs. A. Longmore, who has a house for the summer at Rona Bay, are now visiting friends in Wellington. Wellington guests at the Chateau Tongariro recently have included Miss K. Grant, Miss M.
