To-day’s Recipe
FRENCH PANCAKES These are quickly prepared. Cream 2oz. butter and 2oz. of sugar together, add 2 eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Sift,2oz. flour with i teaspoon baking-powder. Add to the mixture with 1J gills of milk. Stir well and pour into wellgreased saucers and bake for 15 minutes in a quick oven. Turn out on sugared paper. Put a spoonful of jam on each and fold over and servo.
