Second Man Disqualified INQUIRY TO BE HELD Melbourne, January 21. Owing to a complaint that Moore, who was placed second in tlie Centenary Grand Prix cycling race, missed one lap, the officials disqualified Moore on Sunday, placing Moritz second and G. Parniley (Victoria), 24 points, third. As Moore insists that he rode every lap an inquiry will be held. Ralston, the winner, a New Zealander, who is a slaughterman at Footscray, Melbourne, intends to visit New Zealand shortly and later to tour abroad. ______________
