COLD CURRIED LAMB
Some like a cold curry shape, made with meat and rice; but it is simpler, and just as nice, to take your slices of cold lamb, coat them well, with a thick curry sauce, and when they are cold dish them round a heap of cold cooked rice, in the top of which you have placed a few good spoonfuls of chutney.
