Hanmer Springs Building - By Telegraph.—Press Association. / Christchurch, January 4. A fire, last night destroyed Clarence House,'a boarding-house, built at Hannier Springs -10 years ago. It had been unoccupied for the last five years. The building was owned by the Duncan Rutherford estate, and was insured for £lO6O In the Yorkshire Office. It. had previously been used for a time to house a portion of the staff ,of the 'Queen Mary Hospital. '
