Sydney, December 31. The State Cabinet unanimously selected Alderman Parker, the former Lord Mayor as Lord Mayor of Sydney, for 1935. Alderman Parker’s appointment ends the deadlock created by the two city council ballots, in each of which Aidermen Jackson and Parker received 10 vptes. .
