Rugby, December 29. The Turkish Government has completed punctual payment of a sum to liquidate pre-war private claims of British subjects and companies against the 01toman G overnmen t. The total was agreed in t 930 a: £30,000, to be paid by live equal annual instalments, beginning in December of that year. Distribution of the final payment is now being made.
