Hsinking reports the capture of the chieftainess, aged 26, of a band of Chinese bandits trying to spread Communism in the Kirin Province, also her Lover and another girl member aged 16. The chieftainess, who is the daughter of a murdered landowner, refused recant Communism despite a threat of execution.
