Thirty-four sections in the. Bjlmont Brae Estate (Western Hutt) wore offered for sale by S. George Nathan and Co., in the Dominion Farmers’ Institute yesterday. Six ot tho sections were sold, the prices ranging from £l7O to £l9O. Details of the sections disposed of are as follow:—Section 8, frontage 6'3xt., containing 1 rood .06 perches, £1.90.; section 9» irregular frontage, cont-aining just over i-acra, £199; section 19, containing 1 rood 21 perches, £185; section 2, frontage GCft.. containing 1 rood .03 perches, £l’Bs; section 3. frontage 66ft., containing J rood. £185; section 29. irregular frontage, containing 1 rood .07 perches, £l7O.
