4 PREVENTIVE MEASURES (Rec. February 26, 11.5 p.m.) London, February 25. The annual report of the British Empire Leprosy Relief Association states that there are eighty lepers in Australia. Sir Leonard Rogers at the meeting maintained, despite criticism, that leprosv was curable in the early stages if treated with hvdnocarpus oil.
