ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING. 'The twenty-fifth annual business meeting of the Young Men’s Christian Association of Wellington was held last night, .Mr. W. J. Mason presiding. The report and balance-sheet (already published) wero adopted. On Hie motion of the president it was decided that the board be empowered to incorporate lite association by Act of Parliament. It was decided to raise up io .£12.500 by way of mortgage on tho Willis Street assets in order io cover the proposed building scheme. On the motion of Mr. J. P. Luko a vote of thanks to the directors and officers of tho Y.M.C.A. and to tho Press was carried.

Tho following governing members wero ro-eJecled to fhe board of directors:—Al essrs. A. P. Smith. E. S. Smith, G. fl. Scott, A. G. Ballinger, 11. C. South, K. P. Staples, and P. L. Wilson.
