BRITISH COMPANIES BILL
MEASURE READ A SECOND TIME (Rec. February 22, 7.55 p.m.) London, February 21. Sir Phillip Cunliffe Lister moved the second reading of the Companies Bill in the House of Commons, a similar measure which the House of Lords passed last vear. It is not proposed to put the measure into operation until a consolidation Bill is passed, except the clause dealing with share-pushing. The Bill was read a second time.— A.P.A and “Sun.’ z.
