A Christchurch tradesman tells of ais successful effort to hear personally from a tardy debtor (says the ' Suu ). Account after account was sent out without reply, and then by a clerical error the amount was nearly doubled. Post-haste camo the wife of the debtor to complain. The tradesman was sorry for the error, and the account .was nettled.
