Huggins and Dymock free of cost for street-widening purposes at Hamilton Road lie accepted, and that ft letter of tlinnks be sent to tlie donors; also that the arrangement witli the Railway Department regarding file stormwater drainage af the Thorndon Reclamation be approved, and the city engineer bo authorised io confer with the Railway Department in conneclion with the extension of these culverts.
