The death of Senator Henry Joseph Cloran is announced by a Press Association message from Ottawa. Senator Cloran, who was a native of Ireland, was 75 years of age. Death followed a prolonged illness. Carpenter Injured.—A carpenter, G. K. Watson, residing at 31 Kent Terrace, who is employed by the Fletcher Construction Co., fell from a scaffolding while working on a building in Parish Street about noon yesterday. After being attended to by the Free Ambulance, ho was conveyed to the Public Hospital, where he was admitted suffering from injuries to his right wrist and slight injuries to his forehead.
