FASCISTS ABROAD
TO BE EXAMPLES OF INTEGRITY MUSSOLINI’S DECREE Rome, February 5. Signor Alussolini has issued a decree ordering Fascists living abroad to observe the laws of the countries where they are living. Thev must not, however, take part in the internal life of such countries and must not participate in strife, but must be an example of public and private integrity and respect the Italian representatives and Italian ideals.—Sydney “Sun” Cable.
