PROVINCIAL PERSONALS
Mr. E. C. Isaacs, who has been visiting Palmerston North, has returned to Wellington. Mr. J. B. Bennett,.master of the Opaku School, Patea, has been appointed headmaster of the Taikorea School, and will take over his duties in the new year. Mr. A. Tottenham (Dannevirke) has been the guest at Palmerston North of Dr. and Mrs. Putnam.
Mr. R. J. McDonald (Dannevirke) has been elected unopposed as one of the parents’ representatives on the Dannevirke High School Board of Governors. Mr. J. C. Raikes (Wellington) is on a visit to Palmerston North. Mr. A. F. Mimsetf, of Church Street, Palmerston North, has been informed that his son Earle has passe< the Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree at Otago University.
