RELIEF FOR FLOODED SETTLERS
FIVE PER CENT. LOANS Dominion Special. Christchurch, November 29. Financial relief by way of loans at 5 per cent, interest is to be given by the State Advances Department to settlers who have suffered losses through the recent floods.
